Dear Sammaster: We covered the NOL carryforward a couple weeks ago. If my memory serves me correctly the loss carryforward was over $10 million but to be honest I just forgot the right figure, however my recollection is that I felt it would cover all of this 2nd qtr and maybe half of 3rd qtr. JDN
