Quadrax Corporation Named in Lawsuit PORTSMOUTH, R.I., Jan. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Quadrax Corp stated today that it has been named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by Advanced Pultrusion Technologies Ltd. and its subsidiary Power Stick Manufacturing, Inc. This action alleges, among other things, patent infringement related to the hockey stick pultrusion machine and other related equipment that was acquired by Quadrax when it purchased the assets of Vega, USA in June, 1996. The Company believes that the claims set forth in such lawsuit are without merit, and the Company intends to vigorously defend itself. The Company also stated that the lawsuit has no bearing on its golf operations, or any of its other products.
