9:48 AM. The specialist opened at 13/16 and took the price up to 15/16 and capped it there. Since then it have been steadily falling on low volume. This looks like the same kind of pattern I saw in August. If he goes below 30 it will happen before 11:30AM. Right now 30 5/8.
