Trooper, Madera was never able to secure a loan due to the fact, where the assets were located, and general fear of fire and other problems related the the lumber Ind.. They have been going it alone and did quite well last year. One thing with WOOD, there assets are growing 14% faster than the cut rate. They have become profitable making .017 cents per share. This latest venture which is expected to start up Jan 4,1999 has the potential to bring in a steady cash flow. I see the WOOD shares have moved to .08 today with 1.8 mil shares traded.
