There is a lot of money on the sidelines eyeing this sector, The first sustained signs of recovery will have money trickling in at first (which will be evidenced by gradually higher prices and volume) and hopefully followed by a buying frenzy. The value is here. And again, it is not a question of if, but when. Downside risks, especially those with strong earnings (though temporarily diminished year over year); is only a fraction of the multiple upside gains contemplated during recovery. I think many will be surprised how fast this will occur once the media goes from negative to positive spin. Note that fears of possible worldwide Depression next year was being bandied about only 3 months ago. "PERCEPTION" can change very fast.
