Len - ASCT - My guess would be that many were expecting a formal announcement of the buyout due to the runup yesterday. Some might be getting nervous and locking in gains. Also, could just be the MMs trying to get shares. That about cover all the possibilities? g If you feel uncomfortable, it might be a good idea to sell half your holdings and take some profit.
