Similar thing was said about Microsoft just a year or so ago by someone who had far more knowledge and experience about investing than you've shown. This well-known and rich investor stated on CNBC that he couldn't see how Microsoft could amount to more than what it was and that its stock would "languish for years" at the then price of 90's. I remember his words well because MSFT was over 90% of my portfolio at the time (can't blame me, I worked for Microsoft). Now, just within 1 year, MSFT is in the high 90's after a 2 for 1 split.

I wouldn't make this fatal (or 'terminal' as you'd say) conclusion about USRX.
