Hi Kip, the flaw with that logic is that if you are going to use the McClellan oscillator and summation, which are based on New York Stock Exchange advance declines, and involve over 3,500 issues, then you need to compare it to the index which represents all those issues. That is NYA, and it has not made a new high. I believe the S&P 500 now has a number of Nasdaq issues in it. It is a false comparison. Vitas
