To tell you the truth, I was so dumbfounded to see the damn things that I didn't even price them. I just looked around quickly to see if there were anything besides hats from them, which I didn't see.
All I could think was, I can't believe it! They're in Wal-Mart, and before Christmas yet!
I'm sure the initial order from Wal-Mart must have been quite large, as Wal-Mart doesn't do anything small. Assume they sold as well in Wal-Mart's huge market as they have elsewhere, and that would indicate another large re-order right after Christmas.
Ad-Hatters could be making great gobs of money right now, even as we sit down to turkey dinner. If anyone at the top of the company had any smarts, they'd issue stock now so that they could put out a press release announcing the Wal-Mart contract. But that would indicate that someone was looking out for us shareholders.
Anyway, I'll try to get back to Wal-Mart today and report back.
