Derek,
Not sure when this company will wake up. But I called during Christmas and got a sales rep on the line. She had said that there was news comming then and that sales were picking up. I believe the news had to do with them complying with Microsoftware format.

We should call and find out when and how sales are going as to that may be the only indicator to their success in the future.
