One of our arguments that VW40 is so much virtual nonsense; if ERICY really doesn't need our IPR why don't they build out a commercial network? Well, if we don't need ERICY'S IPR is there a commercial CMDA-2000 network in operation? If not, why not? Does the existing IS-95 incorporate enough of their supposed IPR to make this a mute point? Thanx
