The Blowoff is likely to occur in early April. The reasons are as follows: a: By then, Investment Monies both for IRA accounts,RRSP's and Mutual funds have been fully committed by the public and will only result in decreased Money flow thereafter. b: The Earnings reports for the First Q will start coming in; the earnings of Global Companies will be reduced relative to previous years. c: Latin American markets led by Brazil and Venezuela will sell off as their GDP growth turns negative. d: The GDP in China falls causing a sell off in the Hongkong Stock market. e: The recession in Japan only worsens with further deterioration in the YEN- US rates. f: There are no interest rate cuts in January as Consumer Confidence is quite high. The domestic economy cannot be stimulated without the threat of inflation caused by increasing Labor costs. Hope we get there.!
