Yours is one possibility. Usually though, these disaster scenarios come out of left field and you can't profit from it - even if you wanted to. Do you really want to be rich when everyone else is in misery? But, that is beside the point. The point is Michael Burke has an investment style where he can profit in any market scenario. The fact that he is making money in a market where he is dead WRONG - as Wrong as he can be is a real testament to his financial skills. Mike spends hours on the Internet each day and he spends countless hours off the Internet researching and searching for values in the most unlikeliest places - places that he most likely has some past experience in. Well, most people don't have his background and his frame of mind to profit the way he does. Poor CobaltBlue, she has bought into something that does not really suit her. She is in pain and she digs herself deeper into a relationship with a thread that does not suit her. And to a certain extent, the same is true for you. I doubt very much where you will profit very much when the "big kahuna" occurs. But in the mean time you are missing out on one of the biggest bull markets of all time. A bull market that is due in large part to the technology that is transforming human civilization. Chances are the market will correct to some degree somewhere along the line in this huge run up - but it will only be a correction because we are in the dawn of civilization where technology will improve the lives of people all over the world. That is one trend that is not going to change. The human condition will continue to improve - there will be corrections - but the trend is definitely on the rise. Sincerely, Mary
