I'm not sure about this but aren't they required to publicly announce stock splits as well as the dates they take effect? I'm sure there are a number of us who would have considered bailing out on this puppy had we known a reverse split was going to happen. As it stands right now, I can't even sell the damn thing because Schwab says I own OLPV not OVIS.

Since my hands are tied, I have no choice but to wait and hear how this "wasn't supposed to happen today". If this is true, I'm curious as to why a whole trading day has passed without word from the company or its so called PR company.

I'm seriously pissed. I own a piece of this company and I am completely in the dark. We can't even get a straight answer as to how many shares are outstanding? I've heard 24,000,000 and I've heard 11,000,000. Even if you believe the 24 million number then we now have less than one million out there after the split.
