there is no doubt that internet trading will be at a geometric growth rate in the coming yrs. i think it is already happened big time esp in the internet stocks on NASDQ where investors only hold for a few hrs. this is just the beginning of the knowledge growth and power of individual investors and we are the beginning of that on si for instance. i sure appreciate all the help i have rec'd from everyone and the exchanging of info on almost a daily basis. 99% of the people on here are worth listening to, a few i delete quickly.
the wild west days of the vse brokers is slowly coming to an end. their control is slipping believe it or not through facilities like this. a few co., like edward jones for instance. cannot promote vse but can take unsolicited orders. info release time is quicker because of the net. unfortunately, i think many of us misplayed svb way back, the market did tell us there was trouble ahead. i guess you are right ed sell on hype at all times. ( the play for 99 does look like NWT-D doesn't it?)
seems like dml just kept issuing "counterfeit" paper every few months and that too broke the back of this play. this christmas present to the shareholders is just another stab in the back, oh well i am used to it, i held these for 2 yrs thinking that we did have a real play. you know what though, i bet most of us are back next yr. maybe with not as much $ to throw at these guys.........
