I too have been watching the small upward creep, which seems stalled at 1.1875 at the moment. So a visit to their website
pcare.com
reveals no new announcements since early November 96. I don't know what motivates the move north, the cheap price of the stock vis-a-vis
its potential(assuming it has some!) or maybe the approach of some good news. I think the volume is a bit light for the latter. But maybe it is in the works and when it crystallizes into something the volume will pick up too. I am praying for the latter.
