My gut is beginning to feel good about the possibly for a turn around here. Of course it does not hurt that the price went up almost 50% the day after earnings were reported. The recent earnings statement showed the expected losses, so that is the bad news. It claimed sales were hurt by the lawsuit. That was to be expected.

Now the settlement and other legal problems seem to be moving past. Don't forget the strong ownership position management holds. The owners have shown by their actions that they are not willing to let this company go down the drain. Their business is in a leading sector, so you do not have to be Cisco to succeed. Management optimism is reflected by the continued heavy investment in research and development. Although I am just going to hold what I have, I believe this price level offers an opportunity for someone to purchase a real company, selling VIABLE products, at bargain prices.
