As I said in a prior post, my NDB statement showed an ex-dividend date of 10/21 and a DISTRIBUTION date of 10/26. However, nothing was delivered on 10/26, even though my statement showed a 1 for 6 distribution of something. NDB confirmed today that the statement was in error and that nothing was delivered and that the problem lies with CSMA and their transfer agent. They also informed me that the eventual distribution of the spin-off shares will be based on your ownership of the underlying CSMA shares on the RECORD date, which is 9/30. Foolish me, I bought some more shares on 10/2 so as to receive an even number of the spin off shares. Looks like I'm out of luck there. Needless to say, CSMA has handled this like a Chinese cluster f***!
