Press release.. 12-24.. SECAUCUS, N.J., Dec. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Paramark Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TJCI) (the "Company") announced today that it intends to repurchase up to 100,000 shares of its common stock in the open market over a 90 day period. The shares will be purchased at prevailing market prices from time to time depending upon market conditions. The Company reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time due to changes in market conditions or otherwise. Charles Loccisano, the Chairman and CEO of the Company, indicated that the Board of Directors believes this repurchase program is in the best interest of the Company and its stockholders in view of the current price level of the Company's common stock. Charles Loccisano stated that, "We believe that the repurchase of our shares is an attractive investment opportunity which will benefit the Company and its stockholders." All repurchases will be effected through the brokerage firm of Fechtor, Detwiler & Co., Inc. The Company is a manufacturer and distributor of gourmet specialty bakery products. At September 30, 1998, the Company had total assets of $3.18 million and stockholders equity of $2.42 million.
