NASD Electronic Bulletin Board, (OTC BB:NTXY), Tuesday announced that it has completed the acquisition of Nettaxi
Online Communities Inc. (''Nettaxi OCI''), a Delaware corporation.
As part of the acquisition of Nettaxi OCI, the company raised $1 million, changed its name from Swan Valley Snowmobiles
Inc. to Nettaxi Inc., appointed a new board of directors and changed its offices to Campbell, Calif. The company also
effectuated a 1.515 to 1 reverse stock split which is effective with the commencement of business on Wednesday, Sept. 30. |
