Sure I have. That's why we are here. Unless I wanted to line the inside of my casket with certificates and try to take it with me, it would make no sense not to.
Have you ever had communication with more than one person about buying a stock and then knowing that a small group say 3 or 4 people were getting together to promote and hype the stock on the internet.
What you are asking here is very serious, because what you are asking is if I ever conspired with anyone to make posts on a stock, or have I ever purchased or sold a stock based on the knowledge of a conspiracy to hype it.
Absolutely not. When I first signed on to SI, I truly thought it was a credible resource for information. I don't think there is anything wrong with making a post on a stock that reflects the writer's true excitment and feelings about a company. But, if the excitement were true, the person would not be selling their stock at the same time they were making the glowing posts. I don't believe you will ever find a post where I asked anyone to hold their shares for any period of time, yet I find several posts on this and the other Euto threads where you do just that. I can't help but wonder what you were doing during those 30 days that you were asking everyone else to wait. You have to remember, you have made posts that inform us that you own enough of this stock to be considered an 'insider'.
Have you ever been in collusion with one or more people to purchase shares in a company that had a small float and through joint or multiple purchases in succession with the agreed people, done this for the explicit purpose of attracting other unsuspecting investors by creating sudden and unexpected volume.
My answer to that is ABSOLUTELY NOT, accompanied with a stern warning to you. If you wish to persue this line of questioning, I suggest you be ready to back up whatever you are trying to say or imply. I know I have done nothing wrong, and if you want to say I have, please be ready.
have you ever jointly and or secretely had private E-Mails or PM's with other people to combat and or suppress other investors communications with regards to SI Forum, with the express thought or desire to steer the price of the stock in the direction that you and or your group had a desire for.
I received E-mails from several people, but I don't think I ever sent one out. I don't know how "secret" any of it was, because I think there were like some 500+ people besides me getting them. I think some refer to it as spam. SI was rarely mentioned in any of them, and I don't think that a single email I ever got tried to infulence the actions of another, nor did anyone ever suggest that the actions of others should be influenced. If you are asking if I ever communicated privately with someone regarding the posts of another, the answer is yes, I do that all of the time. But to do that with the express desire to steer the price in a favorable direction to me, the answer is no. If I had, I wouldn't be negative on EUTO and would be here trying to hype it enough to get it back to where it needs to be for me to get out and at least break even. But I am not doing that.
