Short term I get 3 5/16 in about a week. Not an extremely solid target but it looks good.

For HNV I found tons of insider buying all year. The last 12 or so insider trades were buys. Here's the latest two:

A lot of shares outstanding but the float is about 1/6 of that. Small enough to move on volume follow through next week.
