Dear Client:

Please be aware that due to the recent increased volatility of some
internet and technology stocks we are raising the maintenance
requirements for the following stocks to 50%. Trades in these
securities should be placed with the new increased maintenance
requirement in mind. Margin maintenance requirements may change at
any time without prior notice.

The following stocks subject to the new maintenance requirements of
50% are listed below:

We currently have four securities AMZN,EBAY,UBID and MZON at an even
higher minimum maintenance level of 65%. Again, we may from time to
time find it necessary to place other securities at the 65%
maintenance level or even higher if market conditions dictate.

Interesting item... thoughts:
1) Seems likely to cause selling in margin accounts which have to raise capital.
2) Although ScottTrade not huge firm, how many others are planning similar measures?
