Right - the "system will be completed by year end" - but there's still testing, de-bugging, etc... and they're not behind schedule if the rollout is 1Q99, right? - remember, every person logging in requires an attendant. IFLY can't keep up with the call volume. They're not going to spend millions just to meet an artificial deadline and sacrifice the callers. Instead, they'll have the site up as it fits the business plan; not day traders shcemes.
