To all,
It seems today will go into the book as my wedding anniversary, and a day for the short sellers! My marriage has survived 30 years, and so will Fenway.
I assume that Crusader will feel that this demonstrates that Fenway has been misleading its shareholders. ! I agree there has been misleading information and "manipulation"! I agree it is despicable! But on whose part? I had requested proof from Fenway that Tito Mara and the Tribal Chiefs had supported the project, and received a copy of the letter from Tito Mara and an affidavit with the thumb print of the Dumadoway chief. Mister Mara did give his approval based on the his understanding that the indigenous people would be compensated for loss of their coconut and banana crops. I could not read the affidavit, ( only the word Affidavit is in English) , but it is clearly a document obtained by Fenway's legal advisors in the Philippine with a Mr. Tam's and Sapit's thumb prints. Fenway is not lying. Obviously, Mr. Mara has succumbed to the pressures he face by either environmentalists or short seller agents!

Crusader are you upset by these obvious pressures and the "change" of positions, or possibly misleading statements made to Fenway? Did you request proof from Fenway? Fenway has been open to reasonable requests for proof. Look at their documents, and tell me who is responsible for misstatements and for what purpose!

The picture is clouded by many interests, but I continue to be confident that the people of the Philippines, Palawan, and Fenway shareholders will benefit in the near and foreseeable future. The short sells will have benefited by today's drop, and will try to continue to muddy the waters, and talk of "smelling" something! This type of pollution is something for which the environmentalist and the VSE should have concern!!
