The Company is developing an E-Commerce technology application and Website which incorporate new and comprehensive Database management systems that will be applied to the affinity marketing requirements of Consumer Discount Buying Clubs. This technology will allow the Company to collect purchasing information and individual product preferences from millions of consumers by offering price discounts for name brand products. Relationships exist between the Company and over 1,500 manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors. In addition to the Internet technology, the Company will support physical member service locations that will provide comprehensive membership sales support.
