Thomas- You don't get it-real estate or real estate sales that is. Please, lets don't go any farther. The franchisee may owe something to the company but the salesperson is an independent contractor accountable only to the client and him or herself. The franchisee provides nothing to the sales person other than a desk and minimal advertising. They take a huge split for this service.No 401K, no insurance no salary, nothing. It is the purest form of sales. I love it. I owe nothing to anyone other than my client and I love every one of them,good and bad. What a challenge. I wouldn't know what to do with a weekly paycheck. I don't know what you do for a living and I don't want to know but what I do is the purest form of sales and survival there is-and I don't get turned down 10 times in a row! Realtors work for either the the seller or the buyer- I don't know what the hell your talking about when you say they work for the seller both ways.That's an illusion.It's an agency question! We pride ourselves in protecting our clients whether they be buyers or sellers. We- now you have me being an apologist for the real estate industry-serve our clients Sales people will survive. Sit behind your computor and try to buy things. It ain't gonna happen . We'll get you! Henry Silverman is a great sales person, some people would say pure con. We're the boogey man----We aren't going to go away. Thomas,please don't write back. It's not going anywhere and I don't want to play anymore. Life is to short and I have clients like you I have to sell multi-million dollar houses to.
