I noticed that CHRZ and most of the Y2K players are moving up from their lows - possibly a good momentum play here. Anyway a buying window is closing fast with more news coming out on the Y2K problems. This just came out today : Dec 24, News from Blomberg: "Franklin Resources Sees Y2K Costs Rising to $50million to $60million" We should see more news like this going forward and this should give a big much needed thrust to the Y2K players .
