This is also fairly easy to rectify if you have Partition Magic or Drive Image. If this is the case you will leave the jumpers as is and clone the NT partition from one drive to the other and ditto for the Win98 partition. Then "hide" the respective partitions/OS's and boot to the newly cloned partitions to test. Then you can delete the originals. Naturally doing everything one step at a time to ensure a working OS. Also no deletions until newly created installations are verified.

I believe you are in good shape because your system is designed with this type of flexibility in mind. It is important to name the volumes as indicated in a previous post so you do not get confused and overwrite/delete a partition that you do not intend to overwrite. You can not rely on the letter designations you will see in Partition Magic as they will change depending on your boot sequence.

You will soon know what you are getting..we can discuss the issues in more detail then and proceed from there depending on what you want to end up with.
