Good to see your comments. I've held the stock for a while. They are in a building stage, and need to reach a critical mass before benefits can be demonstrated, possibly 80 pharmacies. I'm particularly impressed with the acquisition design. I believe that they are on schedule and will begin increasing profitability once a critical mass is achieved. Where I am, there is a substantial amount of managed care, and competition is from mail-away pharmacies - large pharmacy chains maintain their share through mass purchasing programs, which keeps their purchasing costs of pharmaceuticals down. The arrangement with McKessen will do that for Horizon, but not until they are larger, I suspect. The avoidance of mail-away programs remains a question, I suspect, but less so if managed care penetration is limited, and I suspect it will be less of an issue in smaller communities, such as those in which Horizon centers on (where managed care penetration will likely be less).
