Good point about the "up to." Yes, we need full details on the medical coverage. Still it sounds interesting. Actually doctors might prefer this plan to standard HMO's since they get a smaller percentage of their revenues from this plan. As far as members not paying retail medical prices, that should definitely be clarified. I have no clue what that might mean. The PP needs clarification as well. However, if it is limited to 2M shares, I am not very concerned. Now if they are planning to issue a lot more shares for future acquisitions, then I would be very concerned. Hopefully this would be done at higher prices. I agree more DD is needed. However, I think they have a great concept and they seem to have some top notch management. With the small float and given they are an Internet sales company, I suspect downside is limited. Now if they get involved with auctions for their members...
