I have traded VTA and have been keeping a close watch on it.

For tax loss reasons I sold on the 23th only to watch it move up a half a point in the last few minutes of trading on the 24th.

There have been several rumors (and they are JUST rumors) that ALFA might make a bid for the entire company.

It would appear that someone knew something late in the day on the 24th, but what that is specifically I could not say.

I will watch it and possibly take another position. I fully expected this one to rebound to at least 7.5 in the short term, but IMO several large funds were dumping shares in November and December creating a lot of pressure to counter any potential rise.

Good Luck and I will post more if I discover something interesting.
