Craig,

I think the only scary part is just exactly how much the Reg D guys control. There is no way to know the short or long position of any of the Reg D guys. My hunch is they can't control too much. The mechanism of selling short and not being long or even naked short does not seem conducive to accumulating a lot of shares. It would seem to me they would want to turn it over right away.

We might be able to get some hard data on the major shareholders with upcoming SEC documents.

I'm not too worried about getting in their way - I have been in their way for 5 months now.
