michael, Semi equips aren't necessarily totally dead money- one semi equip maker that we have recommended for some time at the Lonestar Growth Investor, FSII came out with a book-to-bill ratio substantially in excess of 1.0 this week. It jumped about 45% in price on the announcement, but still is cheap. I think that semi equipmakers are moving toward their "day in the sun" within a few months. Flip chip and dd makers should be awakening too- look at AFLX's INVX's, and SFLX's last earnings reports. And no warnings have been issued this quarter either. I think that people are seriously underestimating pc demand worldwide. AFLX is fact jumped 500% off of its mid-October low, and has since fallen back on profit taking to be about 300% over its low of eight weeks ago... Joe Dancy,Mark Johnson, and I are starting a new website that should be up and runnning within two weeks. Take the time to listen to the interviews that we post there- some good insite on demand in the tech/telcomm areas. Not bad for non-Internet stocks.
