I am new to posting on this site. But have been an investor of TITT for a long time. It certainly does appear that the Austrian plant is taking longer than projected and the Portugual plant also has not gotten capitalized yet. In your opinion is this normal or average for a company with new technology? Do you think this company stock price will see over $1 dollar in 1999?
