This stock was a good value before the run up. At a PE of 22 and a price to book of around 4 the stock might be considered toppy except for the expectations people are placing on this sector. Assuming the market holds up over the next month IMHO PCCC could see a bit of a bounce. A lot of those market orders filled in the high 20's were the MM's selling short, while it's preferable to push the stock as low as possible to cover those positions don't assume it has to go back to 14, the 3 mil float on this issue is a bit thin. Monday's interview will complicate things a bit, however the interview should lift it and generally issues see a sell off afterwards. I would speculate that it will gap up again and start to reverse after the interview.
