Morning Zeev..I'm thinking INSI may be a temporarily bottomed out floorless deal...read the proxy and annual report,,may be worth looking at for the nimble..Price down from 7,,around 1 1/16 now up 22% Thursday.. Lots and lots of negatives IMO,management compensation/perks/loans to officers,convertible preferred,past options,,etc..but the float listed as 1.1mm (I think it has probably blossomed<g>)...would appreciate your opinion..I made a couple of posts on the Yahoo thread outlining some of the negatives,,but there maybe some money to be made if the stock gets ridden long by the evil dark forces....only my opinion,what do you think? DD biz.yahoo.com (note: the rigistration statement uses an "assumed value of $2.50" when calculating the number of shares for registration) I think "assumed" means floorless..
