Are you also in favor of those "so-called radicals" who bomb abortion clinics? Don't get me wrong -- I think partial-birth abortion is a terrible, terrible thing. I think ALL abortion is a terrible thing. But I find your attitude of "a woman's choice starts when she chooses NOT to keep her knees together" (or however you worded it) both sexist and insulting. What about the women who "choose" NOT to have sex, and have that choice taken away from them by a rapist? What about the women who choose to have sex, and then find that their method of birth control failed (yes, even the Pill fails on occasion). What about the teenagers who get pregnant because they're simply too young and immature to have responsible sex? And, most importantly, what about overpopulation? Do you agree that it's a problem? And if so, then doesn't it seem even the tiniest bit wrong to bring more unwanted children into the world? I've always found it ironic that conservatives go about proclaiming that they support personal freedom and no government interference, and yet feel that the government has the right to dictate what a woman does with her body. Is this because personal freedom is a man's right, but not a woman's? Rose
