In case anyone is interested I found out that as of 9/24/98 there are 10,272,267 shares outstanding and 2,273,967 shares in the float.

MBTI reported a profit of $9.37 million for the fiscal year 1997, due in large part to the sale of its cattle and horse brokering software(which the company still uses in its system) to a Limited Partnership of which MBTI and Computron Management Inc. are the general partners. The company has maintained its proprietary graphic reduction technology and continues to market its farm and heavy industrial equipment applications.

p.s. Im not sure when the actual date for the fiscal year is. It might be Dec. 31st. As of Dec. 31st 1997 they had 2.4 Mil shares outstanding.
