I'd like to get the concurrence of the authors, though. Please let me know, either here or via PM, if you concur with my changes, prefer to leave your question as-is, or want to re-write the question yourself. I will be quite remiss, however, to honor any requests to delete questions altogether, as I feel they are all entirely-appropriate questions.
Since PT and Brady have both declined to forward the questions, I'll take CWIII up on his offer. The questions will be faxed by him on the 28'th, along with any changes, and with my cover letter.
