Lots of passion in "100 years.." They don't call them latin lovers for nothing. Let me know how you like it. The women in my old book group all hated "100 years.."(which they read on my recommendation, and they also said that Wim Wenders "Wings of Desire", my favorite movie, was incomprehensible!) I therefore formed my own bookgroup of hand picked cadres. This month we read "All the Little Live Things," by Wallace Stegner. Next month we read "A Suitable Boy," which I loved!! I read it in three days and got absolutely nothing else done. I don't know how we'll discuss it, it is really just a sprawling Indian (dot, no feather) soap opera but, wow. Secret passion(in keeping with the culinary tone of many of the posts) :Brie with the top rind cut off, smeared with brown sugar, butter and walnuts, broiled and then devoured on french bread. Alexa
