Aviator, Some research has uncovered this article so far: redherring.com describing the FDC investment in IMAL. This is a positive, since FDC is a very large and straight company. However, the only analyst covering the company is with Commonwealth Associates who are listed as a beneficial owner of more than 10 percent of the company: biz.yahoo.com which seems very unusual. It is these inconsistencies and lack of transparency into company operiations that prevented me from ever investing in this stock. Extreme caution is warranted. Dave
