I have just sent these guys e-mail asking them the following:
do they support online trading of IRA accounts as well as non-IRA (some don't- MB -thru trading desk only)
what is margin ratio 2:1? or is there margin? didn't see any mention on web site. if there is, what is rate charged for overnight held securities purchased thru margin?
do they have brokers available for phone service in case their servers go down?

If any of you guys already have answers to these questions, please post. TIA
