They've hopped on board the mania bandwagon, and all of a sudden they are convinced that their stock picking prowess is perfect! They even ascribe intelligence to their picks. The danger in this, of course, is that if you'll have to start calling yourself an idiot when the bubble collapses. That is, unless you suddenly decide that stock picks do not determine your intelligence. Either way- you're going to be in a bit of a bind.
