Its a long story The property in dispute is where DeBeers spent around 6mil 2 years ago and they came up with a diamond sill.That is where they had origanialy thought the pipe was but now think the pipe is in Blob lake.The disputed property was Tylers as stated in there annual report.Tyler never did no work there so Gerle over staked it and claimed it.The Nwt mining recorder after a year long delay awarded Gerle the Property. Golden Rule is the parent Company of Tyler and now Golden Rule says that they owned the property and tyler never did just a bunch of BS on the part of Glen Harper.Golden Rule scamed shareholders along with Hixon Gold.(Check out nr) Bottom line Gerle should win that property back hands down when it goes to court. PS Read Gerle's past NR it tells it all in there.
