To add insult to injury, I received the last proxy too late to vote. Not that it would have mattered, but I would have voted against (2)"To Re-elect Mr. Tang Chan" Choy as director (3) "To Approve Directors' Fees of S$120,000", and (7)&(8) which were related to issuing more shares.

Mr. TCC owns 20,000 shares of this company. IMO, any director should have much much more money on the line. I don't care how good or bad they are, if they don't have the confidence to invest more significantly in their own company, they shouldn't be a director.

Am I the only one who finds it so strange that Sim is the only insider who seems to have a major (and it is major)equity stake in this company? Shouldn't some of these guys have had the confidence to buy big in the 7's and 8's?? Or even before the quiet period?

Oh well, I will say this for Sim.....he does have his money where his mouth is. For that, I do have the utmost respect.
