2) If they DOT 'bubble' of these stocks is to 'pop', I think the only entity that could do it would be the government. If there is one thing government is good at, other than destroying people, it is ruining business - namely with regs.

TAX internet commerce and all of the sudden the playing field looks a little better to the brick & mortar retailers. That could easily lop off a significant percentage of market cap on the Inuts. Given that, the catch now is to come up with a date the government announces war on the internet. My guess is February 15, 1999.
