Thanks a lot. I missed that one. PCN looks very interesting, so I guess they are looking to acquire both PCN and PCS.

Wonder how much they will have to pay for a company with 500,000 paying members. I wonder how they plan to pay. One would think that such a company would be bringing in much higher revenues than the 30M-the 18M from the company already announced.

I'll give these guys a call on Monday. Really it seems too good to be true.
