You're quite welcome. Belgians are much more familiar with the PGE's as there has been very little of them produced in the U S. Can you talk to this person?? Probably not. He has and is still doing work for some of them and I wouldn't think that would be kosher. Why are they doing it quietly?? Hard to tell. You might talk to refiners in the U S. I doubt they would tell you much, and most of them don't have the ability to work with PGE's. I think your convictions are rather shaky in this group of companies. You might want to re-think investing in them. C L
