Just because a question is not about the company does not make it inappropriate.

Wired has written about Pat Hayton extensively in connection with the company. Aleta dug-up considerable legal dirt about Mr. Hayton that many shareholders have concern about.

Certainly, these are legitimate concerns of shareholders.

And, as such, they are appropriate questions.

This is Mr. Haytons' opportunity to address these questions. Perhaps he has a perfectly good explanation for some of the stickier questions.

A few months back, PartyTime just couldn't let go of the fact that Pat Hayton had never had an opportunity to answer the criticisms leveled against him by Wired and others.

Well, here's his chance.
